Free standard shipping to Australia and New Zealand for orders $250 and over. We use Australia Post for our parcels 

For order less than $250:

• $10 Standard Post
• $15 Express Post

Australia Post delivery times:

• Standard Post  2-14 days
• Express Post 1-7 days

Orders are processed within 48 hours 

A tracking number will be sent out via email or text once the order has been dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges 

All items are checked over before being packaged, however sometimes items can get damaged during transit due to unforeseeable circumstances.

For breakage and exchange requests, please contact us via our Contact Us page or email at info@alluringquartz.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your package.

Exchange, refund and store credits will be issued at our discretion
